Fresh Flowers
Due to the nature and seasonality of flowers, some substitutions may be necessary to ensure the freshest blooms. If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will offer an appropriate replacement or adjustment.
- Substitutions are made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall shape, style, and color palette.
- For single-variety designs, color takes priority over flower type when substitutions are required.
Plants
We offer healthy, professionally cared-for plants. If you receive a plant that appears damaged or unhealthy:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assessment.
- We will arrange for a replacement or solution based on availability.
- Substitutions may include similar plants of equal or greater value. Color and containers may vary depending on availability.
Non-Perishable Gift Items
We accept returns and exchanges of gift items under the following conditions:
- Must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If no receipt is present, we can offer an exchange or store credit.
Gift Baskets
Each basket is carefully curated. To maintain freshness and prompt delivery:
- Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made based on availability.
- Returns are not accepted for opened or partially used products.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Balloon Policy
At Green Oak, we deliver only Mylar balloons to ensure long-lasting quality and safety. Latex balloons are not available for delivery due to their short lifespan and allergy concerns.
If your balloon arrives damaged, deflated, or otherwise defective, we want to make it right:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the balloon has a visible defect (such as a hole or arrives already deflated), we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- If the issue is reported outside of the 24-hour window, we will handle concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note:
- Once balloons are in the recipient’s possession, environmental factors such as sharp objects, heat, or ceiling fans may impact the balloon’s lifespan. We cannot be held responsible for damages that occur after delivery if the balloon was in good condition upon arrival.
- Balloons are not returnable unless defective.
We do our best to ensure every item arrives in excellent condition, and our team is happy to work with you if something isn’t right.
Special Occasion & Holiday Orders
During holidays or high-volume times:
- Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure timely delivery.
- If requested flowers are unavailable and we cannot reach you, we will substitute with the closest available flowers and colors.
Returns & Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The recipient refuses the order.
- The address provided was incorrect (an address correction fee of $10 may apply).
- The order was not reported as unsatisfactory within 24 hours.
- A same-day order was already processed.
Final Notes
- If no one is home during delivery, we will attempt to contact the sender or recipient for instructions. If unreachable, we will evaluate whether it is safe to leave the item or leave a notice for rescheduling.
- Green Oak cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
