Flowers & Floral Arrangements
- Substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability, regional conditions, or supply.
- We will maintain the overall shape, size, style, and color scheme of the arrangement.
- For single-flower arrangements (like all roses or lilies), the color will take precedence over the flower variety.
Plants
- Live plant substitutions may be made with similar varieties of equal or greater value.
- For one-of-a-kind or specialty plants, color or pot/container style may vary.
- Substitutions will be made to best reflect the original look and feel of the design.
Gift Baskets
- Contents may be replaced with items of equal or greater value to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
- We aim to match the theme and purpose of the basket whenever substitutions are necessary.
Special Occasion Orders
- During high-volume times like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, product availability may be limited.
- To ensure on-time delivery, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without prior notice.
- If the requested items are unavailable and we cannot reach the sender, our designers will choose the closest available option to fulfill the order.
